FAQ’s
When do bookings open?
Function bookings are open now for 2025, 2026 and beyond. Christmas Put Putt and Driving Range Sip and Swing Bay bookings can be made online and are open to book now for the end the year. Availability fills quickly, so we recommend securing your spot early. Speak to your Event Planner for more information.
Can I combine activities — like Putt Putt or Driving Range with a function?
Absolutely! Many of our corporate clients add a round of Christmas Putt Putt or a Driving Range Lounge Bay session to their function. We even offer our clients access to discounted tickets when adding a round Putt Putt to their event. Speak with our dedicated events team today to arrange the perfect package.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater to most dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free. Just let us know your requirements as part of the planning process.
Is there parking available?
Yes — we offer free onsite parking for all guests. However during peak times the carpark can become quite full, so it’s always best to advise your guests to allow enough time for parking.
Do you offer Christmas styling or decorations?
During the festive season we offer a range of tabletop Christmas decorations for your function. If you’re looking for something a little more, our dedicated Event Planners can connect you with our trusted list of preferred suppliers who specialise in festive styling. We just kindly ask that no confetti or glitter is used as part of your styling.
Do you allow DJs and live bands?
DJs are absolutely welcome at Victoria Park. If you’re considering live music, have a chat with your Event Planner — they can guide you through our venue-specific sound guidelines and any restrictions that may apply.
