Bistro Supervisor

Victoria Park Bistro invites you to join one of Brisbane’s busiest venues performing a hands on leadership role, always focussed on exceeding our guests expectations.

Reporting to the Bistro Manager, this supervisory role requires you to:

• Accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of allocated shifts and overall presentation of the outlet.
• Monitor restaurant bookings throughout service to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
• Competently operate POS system and handle and reconcile cash.
• Cead by example and enthusiastically demonstrate your passion for food and beverage service and guest engagement.
• Have diverse experience in food and beverage service and sound team leadership experience.
• Display a calm, productive, proactive approach in our fast paced environment.
• Be reliably available for a variety of shifts within Bistro operating hours, across 7 days, especially week-ends.
• Have professional grooming and presentation.

Function Supervisor

As an industry leader in Brisbane, Victoria Park boasts 7 premier event spaces, celebrating 1200+ events every year. With our action packed Events calendar for 2024 and beyond, we are looking to grow our Function Leadership Team with additional full-time and casual team members. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Hands on leadership of teams of event staff to deliver exceptional service across a diverse range of functions and events.
• Execution of event run sheets, including set up, running the event, and pack down of the event spaces.
• 100% food and beverage operational role, duties do not involve any event planning or sales.
• Liaising with Chefs in order to meet service delivery expectations.
• Proactively anticipating guest requirements.

Function Chef

Victoria Park Function Kitchen services our 7 Event Spaces catering for 1200+ events each year. We have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Function Kitchen team.

Clearly advantageous if you have experience in catering for High End Functions and Events. Essential that you are willing and adaptable to work across all sections. Experience in or a passion for pastry is advantageous.

You will work alongside talented chefs who value stability and team spirited action. Week-end availability is essential in addition to availability to work over a seven day rotating roster. Detail on our Events menus are available on our company website www.victoriapark.com.au

Chef de Partie

Victoria Park Bistro & Pizzeria is looking for a full-time experienced Chef de Partie who values stability and team spirited action.

Our guests relax in our open air, al fresco surrounds enjoying the flavours of our Bistro & Pizzeria seasonal menu selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner across 7 days.
