Bistro Supervisor
Victoria Park Bistro invites you to join one of Brisbane’s busiest venues performing a hands on leadership role, always focussed on exceeding our guests expectations.
Reporting to the Bistro Manager, this supervisory role requires you to:
- Accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of allocated shifts and overall presentation of the outlet.
- Monitor restaurant bookings throughout service to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
- Competently operate POS system and handle and reconcile cash.
- Cead by example and enthusiastically demonstrate your passion for food and beverage service and guest engagement.
- Have diverse experience in food and beverage service and sound team leadership experience.
- Display a calm, productive, proactive approach in our fast paced environment.
- Be reliably available for a variety of shifts within Bistro operating hours, across 7 days, especially week-ends.
- Have professional grooming and presentation.

Function Supervisor
As an industry leader in Brisbane, Victoria Park boasts 7 premier event spaces, celebrating 1200+ events every year. With our action packed Events calendar for 2024 and beyond, we are looking to grow our Function Leadership Team with additional full-time and casual team members. Permanent and Casual Supervisory opportunities are available for those that value stability and team spirited action.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Hands on leadership of teams of event staff to deliver exceptional service across a diverse range of functions and events.
- Execution of event run sheets, including set up, running the event, and pack down of the event spaces.
- 100% food and beverage operational role, duties do not involve any event planning or sales.
- Liaising with Chefs in order to meet service delivery expectations.
- Proactively anticipating guest requirements.
