This winter, Victoria Park Bistro is turning up the heat with firepit dining, s’mores kits, loaded hot chocolates and mulled wine served with a side of city views. Book one of our firepit lounges* or settle in at a dining table with your own tabletop firepit — either way, toasty marshmallows are on the menu. With live music setting the mood across the venue and heaters and blankets throughout the bistro, it’s Brisbane’s go-to spot for laidback winter catch-ups, casual date nights and family fun.

Firepit Lounges*
The cosiest seats in the house? That’d be our firepit lounges. Tucked on the upper terrace and surrounded by lush greenery and cacti, these bookable spots come with your own crackling fire and full access to our bistro menu. Settle in for pizzas, winter warmers and good wine — then finish with S’mores and Pours, toasted right at your table. Victoria Park Bistro is made for Brisbane winter nights!
Our firepit lounges are bookable for lunch and dinner on the following days:

Sunset Sessions
Sunset Sessions are here to bring the vibes all winter long. Settle in at the Bistro with a glass of mulled wine (or something chilled, we won’t judge) and enjoy live music across the venue every weekend. Whether you’re stopping by after work, cruising into Saturday night, or making Sunday last just a little longer, our line-up of local talent is the perfect soundtrack to your winter wind-down.

S’mores & Pours
Our winter special made for firepit season. Toast marshmallows with a DIY s’mores kit, served with chocolate, biscuits, and your own tabletop or lounge firepit*. Pair it with a spiced, garnished glass of mulled wine or ultimate loaded hot chocolate and one of our winter warmers (hello, beef brisket gnocchi). Equal parts comfort and indulgence, this seasonal duo brings all the cosy nostalgic vibes — no snow required.
Mulled wine and loaded hot chocolates will be available daily from 20 June to 31 August.
S’mores kits will be available during lunch and dinner:
20 June – 13 July: Wednesday to Sunday
14 July – 31 August: Friday to Sunday

Do I need to book a firepit lounge?
Yes — our firepit lounges are limited and must be booked in advance. You can reserve your spot online for either lunch or dinner. Bookings are available Wednesday to Sunday from 20 June to 13 July, and Friday to Sunday from 14 July to 31 August. Each firepit booking runs for 2 hours.
What’s included in a firepit lounge booking?
Your booking includes your own private firepit, a cosy lounge-style setup, and access to our full bistro menu — including the option to add S’mores and Pours. Firewood, flames and good vibes? All taken care of.
Can I order from the full menu at the firepit lounges?
Absolutely. Firepit bookings include full access to our seasonal bistro menu and drinks list — so yes, you can absolutely pair your s’mores with brisket gnocchi or a woodfired pizza.
Are kids welcome at the firepit lounges?
Yes! Children are welcome to join you at the firepit lounges with adult supervision — especially if they’re helping toast the marshmallows.

Are your firepit lounges dog-friendly?
Yes, well-behaved pups are welcome at our firepit lounges! Just keep them on a lead and out of reach of the s’mores (for their own safety, and yours).

Are the firepits weather dependent?
Yes — our firepits are weather dependent and may be paused during high winds or wet weather for safety. We’ll do our best to notify guests ahead of time and accommodate your booking elsewhere in the Bistro where possible. Fingers crossed for clear skies and toasty vibes!
How long can I book the firepit lounge for?
Each booking runs for 2 hours — plenty of time to settle in, sip something warm, and make your way through a s’mores kit (or two).
When can I order s’mores?
S’mores kits are available during lunch and dinner service on the following days:
20 June – 13 July: Wednesday to Sunday
14 July – 31 August: Friday to Sunday
Can we order s’mores even if we aren’t sitting at a firepit lounge?
Yes! All guests dining outside can order a s’mores kit to toast at their table using one of our tabletop firepits.
