Winter Delights: New Lunch & Dinner Menu
Our new Bistro menu is as cosy as it gets.
When the temperature drops, there’s nothing like Brisbane’s dining scene changing to quash those winter blues and warm you up! This winter, Victoria Park Bistro will be dishing up new additions to the menu including delightful mains like Grilled Atlantic salmon served with steamed greens and warmed tomato, and Grilled rib fillet served with red wine jus, chips and salad.
A new wood-fired pizza menu is also fresh out of the oven, featuring new Rosse and Bianche pizzas like the Genovese with basil pesto, mixed cherry tomatoes, parmesan and rocket, and the P&P with fior di latte, roasted potato, pancetta, red onion, parmesan and rosemary.
If you’re a fan of Sunday roasts, you can enjoy roasts with all the trimmings thanks to the Bistro’s Rotisserie serving up roasted meats Friday to Sunday. Choose from chef’s roast pork served with roasted pumpkin, spinach, golden raisins, pork and sage jus, or the Chermoula spiced chicken served with carrot, smoked almond and chickpea salad with raita – yum!
If you’re looking for lighter options this season, try our mixed Winter Bean Salad with soy and roasted sesame dressing, or the Middle Eastern carrot and chickpea salad with smoked almonds, garlic and tahini dressing. Both of these fresh salads are vegan friendly too.
The Bistro is open every day for breakfast, and open from Wednesday – Sunday for lunch and dinner.
