We’re thrilled to introduce a new look spring menu featuring fresh seasonal produce straight from our on-site growing gardens, as well as local Brisbane vendors. Book a table to get stuck into our delicious new dishes this Spring!
New Spring Breakfast
Our new brekky menu features creative dishes like Asian duck salad with fried egg, toasted rice, peanuts and Korean chilli sauce and the asparagus bruschetta with whipped goats cheese, fresh tomato and tapenade.
Several classics have also reappeared like “the Bistro”, our own big breakfast of chorizo sausage, bacon, sautéed potatoes, spinach, scrambled eggs and relish, and “seasonal waffles”, with this seasons pick of lemon meringue waffles served with milk meringue, vanilla mascarpone, lemon curd and fresh berries.
For our vegan + dairy free friends, we are proud to offer a delicious chia bircher with coconut, mango, blueberries, and honey roasted macadamias.
New Lunch, Dinner & Italian Pizzas
If you’re a lover of Italy, we recommend the wood-fired pizza menu. All pizzas are made fresh daily in our open plan Pizza Kitchen so you can watch chef roll, flip and spin your pizza before it’s served from oven to plate. With EIGHT new pizzas on the menu, we’re sure you’ll discover a new favourite!
A refreshingly healthy lunch option that’s perfect for spring is the new poached chicken salad with green bean salad, roasted peanuts and Ponzu dressing (gluten free + dairy free) or maybe chow down on our new panko crumbed chicken or barramundi burgers (yum)!
For the dessert lovers, we’ve got several new treats this spring. Treat yourself to a homemade apple pie with vanilla ice cream, the mango Eton’s mess with mango parfait, berries & meringue, or the indulgent double chocolate brownie with honey roasted macadamias and raspberry sorbet.
