Weekly Group Golf Fitness Sessions – Monday – Friday
The talented team at WINKfit have partnered with Victoria Park to bring you weekly golf fitness sessions, which will help you take a holistic approach to improving your golf game. Focusing on improving your fitness is the best way to enhance your golf skills outside of your routine practice session. These sessions will focus on strength training, which is an integral component in conditioning your body to deal with the physical requirements of your golf game. Classes run weekly Monday to Friday, with session times at 6am & 9:30am (depending on the day).

- Decreased fatigue during rounds
- Greater ability to play more golf or practice (think too sore to play more than 18 in a week, becomes 36 holes now)
Weekly Session Timetable, Costs & Booking
Sessions run Monday – Friday, with each session going for 1 hour.
Full schedule for sessions between 19 August – 20 September below.
1 session – $39
5 sessions – $185 (save 5%)
When booking 5 sessions online you will need to pick your first session time, and then other sessions can be booked at a future date.
1-2 sessions per week are recommended for optimal improvement.
