Brunches are always so much better with a touch of alfresco dining, we’re talking sitting on the Bistro Terrace with stunning Brisbane views and welcoming in the New Year with a fork in one hand and a toasting glass in the other. Choice of Breakfast Dish: 

Wood smoked ham with za’atar croissants, tomato chutney, labna, rocket and poached eggs

Mt Cotton mushrooms with baba ganoush, dukkah and a fried egg on toast V

Eggs Benedict: poached egg and ham served on sourdough with hollandaise sauce

Waffles with mangoes and local strawberries, pistachios and vanilla bean ice cream V

Bacon and eggs with sourdough and relish

The Green Beast

A modern classic that’s perfect for summer. Bold, bright and fresh, this cocktail features Pernod (French Anise Liqueur) and tastes of sweet anise and citrus.

The Froze’

Victoria Park’s take on this popular cocktail. Bright colour and flavour balanced with a citron vodka base, French Orange Liqueur, berries, lemon and of course Australian Rose’

The Bloody Mary

The most famous hair of the dog style cocktail, our  Bloody Mary contains a special blend of spices, sauces, fresh herbs from our own garden, citrus and of course, vodka and tomato juice.

The Peach Bellini

An Italian classic from 1930’s Venice, the Peach Bellini is a summer staple. Simple and delicious, this cocktail features D.O.C.G Italian Prosecco and peach puree.

The Vic Park Swizzle

Adapted from a 1920’s classic from the Queens Park Hotel Port of Spain Trinidad, this is our version of the Swizzle, adapted for the Brisbane palate. This cocktail features Plymouth Sloe Gin (think berry liqueur), spiced rum mixed with classic mint, lime and sugar.
