Breakfast Is Served: New Autumn Menu
Why would anyone ever eat anything besides breakfast food?
That’s the first though that popped into our head when we tried the new autumn breakfast menu at the Bistro!
Serving up ridiculously delicious dishes, the new breakfast menu is packed with plenty of exciting flavours and new styles that will have any Brisbane foodie drooling with temptation. Executive chef Jason Peppler and his team have curated a menu that uses fresh seasonal produce supplied from local sources and some of Victoria Park’s very own ingredients from the onsite Growing Gardens.
Step aside BAE (bacon and eggs) and make way for the house smoked salmon, peperonata and pesto on sourdough, a new-found favourite from the Bistro’s autumn menu. If you’re looking for something a little left of field then try the slow cooked pork, udon noodles, egg, fresh shallots “Ramen Style” broth.
A classic with a twist, the crushed avocado, feta, hazlenut Dukka with fresh lemon served on sourdough is your go to when you just can’t decide which new dish you want to try!
The food will certainly not disappoint and we are sure you will be back again to try out more flavours soon.
