Brisbane City Council Announcement: Victoria Park Vision
On Sunday 9th June 2019, Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner announced The Victoria Park Vision; a proposal to develop the Victoria Park Golf Course into the biggest park Brisbane has seen in 50 years.
From 2021, works will start to transform the Victoria Park Golf Course into public parkland. Given the community’s enduring enthusiasm for the putt putt course, golf learning centre and golf driving range, along with the weddings and events facilities, it’s wonderful to know our patrons will can continue to enjoy these facilities and they will not be effected by the Brisbane City Council’s parkland development.
