Our Scrumptious Spring Menu Launch!

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the Victoria Park Bistro Spring Menu! Our executive chef always find inspiration in the change of season, this spring our menu dishes are creative, colourful and delicious, with a focus on sustainable and locally sourced produce. In fact, many of the dishes are created using fresh produce from Victoria Park’s very own backyard, our growing gardens!

Launched mid-October 2016, the Bistro’s Spring Menu brings a few surprises to the table for sweet and savoury breakfast lovers alike. With seasonal Parsnip Skordalia with bacon, local haloumi on rye and buttermilk pancakes with toffee making the menu.

For lunch and dinner, we are sure you will find a tasty dish to make your mouth water. Try our grilled green mountain veal cutlets with truffled polenta, house smoked salmon with saffron potato salad or the Bistro’s signature Chicken Parmigiana next time you visit.

**The Bistro has installed a Wood Fired Pizza Oven! Opening in November, this oven will give our popular Pizza’s a whole new texture and flavour profile that we hope you will enjoy.**
