The Bistro unveils the Rotisserie Kitchen
The Victoria Park Rotisserie Kitchen is now open, serving family style roast chicken and mouth-watering porchetta Wednesday through Sunday.
Jason Peppler, Award Winning Executive Chef at Victoria Park Bistro and Victoria Park Function Venue said the Rotisserie Kitchen will be an exciting addition to the Victoria Park precinct offering, which includes golf and putt putt facilities, eight function venues, a children’s playground, alfresco Bistro, weekend market carts, a wood-fired Pizza Kitchen and free guest parking.
“We are delighted to open the Victoria Park Rotisserie Kitchen. Our team aspire to offer the best roast dining experience in Brisbane, perfect for families wishing for an honest relatable meal away from the home environment” said Peppler.
The Rotisserie Kitchen is a dedicated kitchen space constructed next to the Victoria Park Pizza Kitchen which opened in late 2016. Managed by the Victoria Park Bistro, both kitchens have two dedicated chefs, scheduled opening hours each week, and provide a unique customer experience due to their open plan design. Preparation for the Rotisserie Kitchen opening has commenced with chef revealing a mouth-watering menu pairing slow cooked roast meats with sides of roast potato and seasonal salads.
Victoria Park’s chosen rotisserie oven was crafted in Chelles France by Rotisol, arguably the world’s most popular traditional rotisserie brand popularised by Gordon Ramsay. Since 1954 Rotisol have been perfecting the art of this European cooking style. Like Victoria Park, Rotisol are a family owned and operated business.
“Designed to seal in meats’ natural juices while reducing fat throughout the rotation process, the state of the art Rotisol Rotisserie oven will provide our customers with delicious, healthy roast meats cooked to perfection every time” said Peppler.
Victoria Park welcomes over 7,000 visitors through their gates each week of the year. With the opening of the Rotisserie Kitchen to compliment Victoria Park’s family friendly facilities, the precinct is set to be Brisbane’s go to destination for delicious family-style meals as well as outdoor family experiences. Get your roast on at Victoria Park from October 2017.
